About Lindsay
Lindsay is a Licensed Associate Counselor (LAC) who seeks to help her clients reach their fullest potential and work through any barriers standing in their way. She understands that progress is not linear, and there can be both challenges and successes along the journey. Lindsay puts emphasis on building a strong, therapeutic relationship that fosters trust and empathy and meets the client where they are at.
Lindsay received her Bachelor of Science in Human Development and Family Studies with a minor in Sociology from Pennsylvania State University and her Master of Science in Counseling from Villanova University. Throughout her education and professional history, she has developed a true passion for helping others to navigate a range of life experiences. She is dedicated to fostering a warm and non-judgmental environment for her clients in order to create a safe, supportive space.
Lindsay works collaboratively with children, adolescents, and adults, drawing from a variety of evidence-based interventions with a primary focus in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Reality Therapy, and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT). She uses a client-centered, strength-based approach that aims to get clients closer to self-actualization by building self-esteem and proper coping skills. She looks forward to walking alongside you on your journey.
