Our Services
Let's Talk. Share. Understand. Engage. Connect.
SpeakEasy offers in-office and virtual services to help our clients cope with life’s challenges, decrease problematic symptoms and behaviors, and live the life that works for them. SpeakEasy therapists address a wide range of concerns; if you don’t see your specific need addressed here, please contact us anyway to see if we have a therapist who can help! We also offer support groups, workshops, and educational programs that address a wide range of topics and concerns.
We recognize that people seek counseling and psychotherapy for a wide variety of reasons. Sometimes, it’s because your life was suddenly turned upside-down because of a situation out of your control. Other times, a current situation is making our lives difficult or uncomfortable and we are at a loss for how to fix it or cope with it. Maybe you need help managing a chronic or acute mental health concern such as depression, mania, anxiety, or ADHD. Regardless of the reason, our services for individuals over 18 can address these situations as well as a wide range of other concerns.
Just like those who are seeking individual therapy, couples also seek therapy for a variety of reasons. Sometimes people think that the only reason couples seek therapy is because of an
imminent divorce or break-up, but that is not the only reason. If you and your partner are seeking to improve communication, resolve long-standing issues, or navigate a life change like becoming parents or having an empty nest, couples counseling at SpeakEasy could be for you.
In addition to receiving counseling, psychotherapy, support, and/or education individually or within the family, group settings can also help people manage many problems and situations. Knowing that others are dealing with a common struggle can help people feel less isolated and learn new solutions that others have used. Educational workshops or courses can also be effective by providing tools, practical information, and useful resources.
