Drawing from a blend of therapeutic modalities including Person Centered Therapy, Internal Family Systems, Solution Focused Brief Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Relational, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Ben fosters a collaborative partnership aimed at creating a safe and supportive environment where clients can explore and address difficult emotions and experiences. Throughout his career, Ben has worked with a wide-ranging clientele, serving as a substance abuse counselor, grief and loss specialist, and career counselor.
